Dorval is leading the charge! 

Great news from Dorval! The City has requested funding from both levels of government for the construction of affordable housing for seniors. The vacant lot of 750 Dawson Avenue has the potential to house 94 units on the site formerly occupied by the Elizabeth Russell Community Centre (Alexandre Sauro, Journal Metro). As of April 2020, the City of Dorval has an Office municipal d'habitation de Montréal (OMHM) waitlist of 96 households (724 in total for the West Island) looking for affordable housing.
